Our can sleeves are extremely durable, making them an ideal choice for dry, cold, wet, or hot environments. Plus, all our sleeves come with a high slip coating to eliminate friction on canning lines.
We apply all can sleeves in-house on our state-of-the-art, high-speed sleeving line, which can sleeve up to 600 cans per minute! We are also capable of applying custom sleeve shapes and sizes. OVER-SLEEVING
You shouldn’t have to waste unused cans. And now you don’t have to!

We over sleeve printed and sleeved cans, which are often leftover from previous runs that didn’t sell as planned. Choose a custom designed sleeve that works over top of your existing printed or sleeved cans, and we will apply the new sleeve on our high-speed sleeving line. Our Packaging Specialists will walk you through the entire process to ensure your design works over the previous artwork. Our application process ensures that your cans are sleeved with quality and care, saving you time and money.
DIGITAL PRINTING VS FLEXO PRINTING
We print our sleeves using either digital or flexo printing. Both methods of printing have their own advantages and are typically chosen based on the size and type of project.
DIGITAL PRINTING
This method eliminates setup and plate costs, which makes it an ideal choice for smaller runs. However, even medium to large runs will opt for digital printing because it makes multi-sku printing possible. Complicated designs are another reason some companies choose digital printing.
FLEXO PRINTING
This method requires plates, which makes it a more cost-effective option for larger print runs. This is an ideal choice for printing single skus in large quantities, resulting in quality printed sleeves.
