Every KB Bottle starts as a digitally printed, die-cut flat shell made from 100% recycled paperboard. These flat shells are formed into bottles using the Frugal Bottle Assembly Machine, creating a rigid outer structure that protects the product inside.
The liquid itself is held within a food-safe internal pouch, which maintains product integrity, shelf life, and safety - while the paperboard exterior delivers durability, branding impact, and sustainability benefits.
