IN-HOUSE DIGITAL PRINTING
Our in-house digital printing delivers exceptional print quality on a variety of substrates, including paperboard, corrugate, and labels. We print using CMYK and can work with clear and coloured materials to achieve vibrant, detailed designs. By printing digitally and keeping production under one roof, we reduce waste, shorten lead times, and help lower the overall carbon footprint of your packaging.

kb bottle manufacturing
Kinsbrae is the proud manufacturer of the KB Bottle, produced on the world’s first Frugal Bottle Assembly Machine (FBAM-1). With capacity to produce up to 5 million paper bottles per year, we help beverage and oil brands transition from traditional glass or plastic to a lightweight, low-carbon alternative. Our team guides you through artwork, structure, and production so you can confidently launch products in the KB Bottle across North America.

We manage cross-country shipping and fulfillment directly from our warehouse to simplify your supply chain.
